Agapé Physical Therapy is searching for a part-time or full-time client services advocate (CSA). Work side by side with our clinicians to deliver exceptional physical therapy services in beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities. Our CSA’s are critical to the delivery of care, offering outstanding customer service and attention to detail, accepting payments, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance benefits and supporting our clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical office, but we will consider those without related experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package. Career advancement is available. Candidates must be willing to work in any of our 6 Greater Rochester locations.
